During a quarterly editing review, I rewrote this product manual to make it more concise, clear, and accurate compared to an earlier version from years prior. When I rewrote it, I focused on intuitive document organization, shorter steps, and screenshots.

Learner Support: KnowBe4 Learner App

Ahead of the release of the KnowBe4 Learner App, I collaborated with another writer to prepare all assets for the app, including this article, an FAQ article, and the UX copy in the app itself. I worked with the writer to determine document organization, include procedures for using the app, and explain the different sections available in the app.
